Growth begins when we start to understand ourselves with compassion.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT is one of my favourite tools because it's all about helping you live a life guided by your values, even when things feel overwhelming. Here’s how it works: instead of fighting tough emotions or trying to “fix” everything, we focus on making space for those feelings while still moving toward what truly matters to you. Together, we’ll work on practical skills to manage emotions, build mindfulness, and break unhelpful patterns.
Somatic Interventions
Your body and mind are a team, and somatic work taps into that connection. Whether it’s tension, restlessness, or feeling stuck, our sessions can include techniques like grounding, breathing exercises, or gentle movement to help release stored stress or trauma and bring you back to a sense of calm and control.
Attachment-Focused Work
Our early relationships shape how we connect with others—and with ourselves. Attachment-focused therapy helps you understand these patterns, heal past relational wounds, and build stronger, healthier connections moving forward. It’s like reworking the blueprint of how you give and receive love and support.
Trauma-Informed Care
When life throws us experiences that feel too big or too heavy, the effects can linger. In trauma-informed therapy, we create a safe, supportive space where you can process at your own pace. Using gentle and empowering approaches, we’ll work toward healing, resilience, and reclaiming your sense of self.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS helps you get to know the different “parts” of yourself—the voices, emotions, and patterns that show up in your life. By understanding and connecting with these parts, you can bring balance, self-compassion, and healing, creating a greater sense of inner harmony and wholeness in your everyday life.
